This policy explains what information Table Ticket ("we", "us") collects, why, and what choices you have. Table Ticket is a restaurant order and billing app available at tableticket.online.

Information we collect

Demo requests. If you book a demo, we collect your name, phone or WhatsApp number, and optionally your restaurant name, email address and notes.

Accounts. If you sign up, we collect your email address, password, business name and phone number. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is not visible to us.

Your restaurant data. Menus, orders, bills, staff details, expenses and customer credit records that you enter into the app. By default this stays in your own browser. If you turn on cloud sync, it is also stored on our servers so you can use it on several devices.

Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to demo requests, create and run your account, provide and secure the service, and contact you about it. We do not sell your information.

Who handles it

We use trusted providers to run the service: Netlify (website hosting and demo form submissions), Supabase (accounts and cloud sync), and Google Fonts (fonts, which means your browser contacts Google when a page loads). If you choose to send a demo request by WhatsApp or Gmail, that message is handled by those services under their own policies.

Keeping it safe

Cloud data is protected by access rules so that each restaurant can only reach its own records, and staff PINs are stored as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure, so please use strong passwords and keep your own backups.

How long we keep it

We keep account and cloud data while your account is active. Demo requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tableticket.online@gmail.com. Data kept only in your own browser can be removed by clearing that browser's site data.

Children

Table Ticket is for businesses and is not aimed at children.
