Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 September 2026
By using Table Ticket you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Table Ticket is a browser-based app for taking orders, printing kitchen tickets and bills, and tracking sales. We may improve, change or remove features over time.
Your account
You are responsible for your login details, for the people you give access to, and for activity under your account. Give each person their own PIN and keep passwords private. You must provide accurate information when you sign up.
Acceptable use
Do not use Table Ticket for anything unlawful, try to break or bypass its security, access other restaurants' data, or overload the service.
Your data and your responsibilities
You own the data you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, taxes and bills, for meeting your own tax and legal obligations, and for keeping regular backups. The app includes backup tools, and we recommend you use them.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost sales or profits, or for data lost because it was not backed up.
Ending your use
You can stop using Table Ticket at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions? Email tableticket.online@gmail.com.
